In Germany and the European Union there is a tax law that forces us to collect tax on every product sale within the European Union. If you are coming from a country outside the European Union, tax will not be added as this law will not apply. If you are based within the European Union, you need to pay the tax, unless you are a company with a valid EU VAT TAX ID. 

Using a valid EU VAT Tax ID during checkout will deduct the tax from your total and you´ll only have to pay the net total.
