You can find links to your downloads in your VP account, your order confirmation email and your order detail page.
Download links in email: Please check your order confirmation email. Under each product you´ll find the download links for the files.
Download from VIZPARK: Please login to your VIZPARK account and download from the tab MY DOWNLOADS.
Download from Order detail page: Directly after your order is complete, you´ll see a Order Detail page, which includes (small) links to the files. You can also access this page by looking at the MY ORDERS section in your account and then by clicking the VIEW button of each order.
If you are missing downloads, the reason might be that your order is a bit older (older than 2 or 3 years) and that the download permissions might have changed during the many shop updates. This is not a problem, because we can easily restore your download permissions if you send us a support ticket with the order number related to your order.
